HOW ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?:

Every order is made-to-order. This means that after you make your purchase, your apparel items are ordered, made, and then shipped!
As stated on the website, product description and in the order confirmation email you received, the shop's processing time is 1-4 weeks + shipping time

 

MY ORDER ISN'T PERFECT, WHAT DO I DO?:

If something is incorrect with your order due to something on our behalf please send the shop a message with your full name and order number and we will come up with a solution to fix the issue.
*PLEASE NOTE* Shop Isabelle Rose is not responsible for items damaged during transit, this is why the ROUTE shipping insurance is so important to add to your order and why it is automatically applied to orders unless taken off manually.
At the end of the day each item is handmade. While I strive for quality, I cannot promise perfection, so please enjoy all of life's imperfections.
 

HOW DO I CANCEL OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?:

Customers have within 48 hours upon ordering to cancel their order for a full refund.
If you need to exchange your item, you must inquire with the shop within 48 hours of delivery. Customer will be expected to cover the cost of the shipping and item must be received in its original condition
